Matt Watson

Matt Watson hates writing bios. His background is in film, with a degree from Rhode Island School of Design. He is a passionate artist working in many mediums and with many talented people. He is blessed with the type of family and friends to whom he attributes his drive and perseverance. His acting background consists mostly of time at the T. Schreiber Studio, were he has gained the confidence, and the skills to pursue one of the only things he's ever truly been afraid of. Performance. He has had stints at HB studios, Brown, NYFA, and various private coaching.

His focus over the last year has been primarily film, acting as Oscar in the indie feature Film MT. JOY, Chip in Greg Crouteau's Red's at the Crossing, Ryan in Steven O'Connor’s Welcome to New York, Chase in Doua Moua's I Die, I Dim I Shine, Dudley in Dalton Rooney's The Small Castle, and now in Christine Sciortino's Paper Crane. He is excited to collaborate on this new and challenging role.
